I’m Tracy Fares, Health Psychologist, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and founder of TracyTalksHealth. My personal journey with autoimmune illness, combined with professional practice, shaped a simple truth: when we care for the inner world, the outer life transforms. I translate complex research into doable steps, so progress is compassionate, practical, and lasting. My message is simple: “Health-psychology first. Human always. Small steps. Real steadiness.”
